Hello!

I have been learning about batteries for a while, so I am sort of newb-ish.
Hope to connect with others who have similar setups

Hi Guys, I hope this is not OFF-TOPIC? I'm still in the process of buying my 1st RV and trying to decide which RV to consider. I've been reviewing the Prevost Marathon 1305 JT USED not new a little too pricy new and Newmar London Aire FH. How do I make the smart decision on my purchase. What should I know or ask. The first one has no sliders and the Newmar has sliders. I hear many people have issues with their sliders breaking down and not working. I don't want to be in the shop fixing issues like that. Thanks for any feed back. Here are the images of the 2 RVs I mentioned above. Thanks

Newmar is a great brand. But realize that although well engineered, ALL are built too fast and with little quality control. My suggestion, if you are very serious is to pay for a PROFESSIONAL MECHANICAL INSPECTION OF ALL SYSTEMS. Cost is $600-1K. That is a nice coach. They might still have a warranty, which is helpful or negotiate one. RVs are complicated systems which rattle down the road shaking screws loose and bouncing everything around, unlike a house on a concrete foundation. So, be prepared to fix issues as they arise or become handy and learn to fix them yourself. All in All, RV systems are not complicated if you are a bit mechanical.
