Need Ideas on Best Solar and Battery build for an Extended Van

I recently did a Promaster build. We fit two panels @ 300 Watts each between too MaxAir Roof Vents. Had to build a custom rack, but that not that hard. the roof is laid out for it with factory hold down points.
I installed a Victron 110/50 Charge Controller and Victron Multiplus 2000 inverter and two DIY 280AH Batteries in ABS Boxes. All purchased from Solarsupplyhouse.com and they have videos on how to build this. Worked like a charm. So my client has 600 roof watts of solar into 560AH of Lithium. Water system is next.
